We are Hiring Accounts Officer Lahore

PILL is looking for a passionate Accounts Officer who can perform range of accounting tasks that support the wider financial matters of the organization.

Job Description:

The Accounts Officer will be responsible for the following tasks:

Ensure that the accounting system is kept up to date

  1. Process payable cheques on a daily basis.
  2. Process all receipts and payment transactions on the system.
  3. Monitor and deduct withholding taxes before all payments.
  4. Process budget requests across the country on a monthly basis.
  5. Process payment related to Utilities.
  6. Update daily Cash Book.
  7. Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources.
  8. Make regular contact with vendors to ensure smooth payments.
  9. Work on project financial reports on a monthly basis.
  10. Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses.
  11. Process the payroll payments on a monthly basis.
  12. Be a part of administration of weekly Finance Meeting.

Audit Process:

Support Head of Finance during annual audit

Job Specification:

Minimum professional qualifications in finance/accounts (Bachelor)

Professional Experience required:

At least 3-5 years professional experience in the relevant field. Hand on experience to work on Quick Books, Microsoft Excel and other accounting systems.

Personal qualities/interpersonal skills:

  • Good communication skills are essential
  • Hand on experience of accounting software such as QuickBooks and spreadsheet programs
