We are Hiring Accounts Officer Lahore
PILL is looking for a passionate Accounts Officer who can perform range of accounting tasks that support the wider financial matters of the organization.
Job Description:
The Accounts Officer will be responsible for the following tasks:
Ensure that the accounting system is kept up to date
- Process payable cheques on a daily basis.
- Process all receipts and payment transactions on the system.
- Monitor and deduct withholding taxes before all payments.
- Process budget requests across the country on a monthly basis.
- Process payment related to Utilities.
- Update daily Cash Book.
- Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources.
- Make regular contact with vendors to ensure smooth payments.
- Work on project financial reports on a monthly basis.
- Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses.
- Process the payroll payments on a monthly basis.
- Be a part of administration of weekly Finance Meeting.
Audit Process:
Support Head of Finance during annual audit
Job Specification:
Minimum professional qualifications in finance/accounts (Bachelor)
Professional Experience required:
At least 3-5 years professional experience in the relevant field. Hand on experience to work on Quick Books, Microsoft Excel and other accounting systems.
Personal qualities/interpersonal skills:
- Good communication skills are essential
- Hand on experience of accounting software such as QuickBooks and spreadsheet programs
