We are Hiring Human Resources Officer Lahore
Pakistan Institute of Living and Learning is a research based mental health organization, currently interested in hiring Officer-Human Resources Department for Lahore office. Our ideal candidate will have to be align with PILL’s vision and mission to execute his/ her assigned task and provide HR solutions while taking ownership of designated HR processes, resolve complex employee relation issues and new induction along with their grievances.
Furthermore, the candidate should exhibit sound professional/ operational knowledge, prior experience in dealing with HR best practice and employee management skills.
About The Role:
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Providing administrative support to Human Resources Department.
- Participating in recruitment efforts.
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Preparing new employee’s file.
- Coordinate HR meetings and take minutes.
- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Prepare documents as per policy.
- Check daily attendance.
- Assist in monthly payroll.
The Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Human Resources (HR) with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Experience with an HRIS or HRMS
- Excellent organizational skills
- Keen interest in research
